Last week I shot Lindsay and John's engagement session in Newport Beach.  The thing I love the most about engagement sessions is getting to know my clients and seeing what makes them tick.  Lindsay and John were both great to be around and we got some pretty amazing light.

I am so glad I finally get to share these!  Janelle and Phil are a cute couple that have a pretty awesome sense of style.  We shot at the Lab in Costa Mesa and then went to Newport beach for some fun beach styled stuff.  It was so refreshing how comfortable these two were in front of the camera.  I can not wait to shoot their wedding in June.

I should be back to normal now on my blogging.  Thank you for being patient as I had major surgery and have been out for some time and now I can finally get back to blogging some of my work.  A while back I flew out to Jackson, WY to shoot Laura and Preston's engagement images and "O my gosh" is this place beautiful.  We were planning on sunny weather but instead we got a full blast of snow and cold.  I still think the images turned out great and we had so much fun shooting in the crazy snow.

Annie and Chris live in New York and when we met over Skype to shoot their wedding and engagement photographs I was really excited that they wanted to shoot at the Griffith Observatory.  I have never shot there before so it was a treat and a little tricky with all the people there but we managed to get some cool shots.  Then we headed out to Santa Monica to finish the shoot and the light was to die for.  Enjoy and thank you Annie and Chris for an amazing evening.
