Langham Pasadena and a miniature!

I know I have done several post's about using the tilt-shift lens but I just thought this was very cool and really shows what you can do with this lens.  By tilting the lens it almost gives this image the feel of being a miniature.  I think it is such an awesome effect.  Even though the boys are smaller in the image it gives the allusion that they are bigger than they are.

This was taken at the wedding I shot last week with Mark Brooke, which we all know that Mark loves the tilt-shift lens.  Love to hear some thoughts.

Ok, I am headed out to shoot a wedding but just thought I would blog on this Saturday morning.

Ok, I just wanted to play with an animated image and I thought this was pretty fun!  First time ever creating an animated gif. in photoshop.  I know, I am way behind the times!

TRA Dirty Pictures! Textures that Kick a$$!

I just wanted to post some images that were worked with TRA Dirty Pictures!  I had some fun this afternoon playing with some textures and this is what I cam up with.  If you like textures you have to get "Dirty Pictures" because is so easy to use and makes some really cool looks!

Cannon's Dana Point Wedding Photography| Ingrid & Tony Part 2

Ingrid and Tony had there reception at Cannon's in Dana Point.  So after the ceremony 
we headed over to Doheny State Beach for some pictures then we went around the cool little city of Dana Point.  Ingrid and Tony has such a fun reception with a mariachi band, good food and people who loved to dance!  I have to say thank you to Tiffany Monday  and Bergit for the beautiful hair and make-up they did for Ingrid.  Check out the reception and portraits!

St. Edwards Catholic Church Wedding Photography|Ingrid & Tony Part 1

This last Saturday I was at St.Edwards Catholic Church in Dana Point to shoot Ingrid and Tony's wedding.  They both live on the east coast as Tony is an f-18 pilot (he might be flying an f-15 now).  I have been so excited for there wedding and to see them again.  When we met for their consultation they were so cute together and so excited to be getting married in southern California.  I love when I get weddings at St.Edwards because there is so much natural light which makes it perfect to shoot in.  

Ingrid was such a great bride and totally relaxed the whole day.  It always makes my job easy when my clients are this good looking!
